Chicago Brownstone

This was the first of 5 collaborations over 11 years between Lonni Paul and the Rancic’s. The goal for their Chicago home was to create a light-filled, chic, and cozy space that was a great environment for the family and their young son. 

Staying true to Chicago’s architectural history, the home features a classic brick exterior, molding, and wide plank floors that are indicative of the city’s style. Cool blues and bright whites were incorporated throughout the living spaces and owner’s suite to make the home feel open and light – serving as the perfect backdrop for the Rancic’s dynamic and colorful art collection.
